Starting January 1, 2018, we will be advertising several sponsors business places where anyone who will be attending our awareness festival or who want to support an awareness cause as a member, can pick up FREE entry ticket. You can enter as many time as you wish to have a chance to be one of 500 selected names.
Each time you visit a sponsor location to fill out a short survey you will be eligible to get 1 free entry. If you purchase any product or service from our store UCMI you can get up to 10 free entry tickets.

Cost of entry is $10/ticket, but you can get free entry tickets from supporting businesses by visiting the their business to fill out a survey or purchasing a product or service from the business.
